These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between BLU Academy and all students,
participants, visitors, and users of its services. BLU Academy is a creative education institution
offering training in music, audio production, sound engineering, and related creative disciplines
through physical premises, online platforms, workshops, and recorded learning modules.

By enrolling, attending classes, accessing content, or using any BLU Academy facility or platform,
you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are designed to promote a safe, respectful,
transparent, and supportive learning environment while clearly setting expectations for both
students and the Academy.

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

Enrollment at BLU Academy is open to individuals who provide complete and accurate information
during the admission process. Students below the age of 18 may enroll only with the knowledge
and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

BLU Academy reserves the right to accept, defer, or decline enrollments in order to maintain
academic quality, capacity limits, and a positive learning environment. Submission of enrollment
forms does not guarantee admission unless confirmed by the Academy.

2. Courses, Programs & Access

BLU Academy offers courses, workshops, mentorship programs, and learning resources in various
formats, including in-person sessions, live online classes, and recorded content.

Access to courses is provided for the duration communicated at the time of enrollment. Course
structures, schedules, faculty assignments, and content may be updated from time to time to
enhance learning outcomes.

Course materials are provided solely for personal educational use and may not be shared,
reproduced, or distributed without written permission from BLU Academy.

3. Fees, Payments & Communication

All applicable fees, payment schedules, and inclusions are communicated clearly before enrollment.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment platforms.

Students are responsible for completing payments on time as agreed. BLU Academy communicates
important academic, administrative, and operational updates through email, phone, messaging
platforms, or official announcements. Students are expected to regularly check these channels.

4. Student Conduct & Community Standards

BLU Academy is committed to maintaining a respectful and inclusive learning environment. Students
are expected to behave professionally with faculty, staff, peers, and visitors.

Harassment, discrimination, misuse of facilities, damage to equipment, or disruptive behavior is
not permitted. The Academy may take appropriate corrective action, including warnings or
suspension, if conduct adversely affects the learning environment.

5. Health, Safety & Wellbeing

BLU Academy conducts educational activities in a structured learning environment. While its
courses are non-hazardous in nature, students are encouraged to be mindful of their personal
health and wellbeing.

Students are expected to follow general safety instructions, use facilities responsibly, and
report any unsafe conditions promptly to faculty or staff.

6. Medical Emergency Response & Authorisation

In the unlikely event of a medical emergency occurring on Academy premises or during Academy-
related activities, BLU Academy shall make reasonable efforts to immediately contact the
student’s listed emergency contact, parent, or legal guardian.

If urgent action is required and immediate communication is not possible, the student authorizes
BLU Academy to act in good faith and take reasonable steps to ensure the student’s safety and
wellbeing. BLU Academy does not provide medical treatment and acts solely as a responsible
educational institution responding to emergency situations.

7. Recordings, Digital Platforms & Technology Use

Certain classes, workshops, or mentoring sessions may be recorded for educational, quality
improvement, or internal training purposes. These recordings are handled responsibly in line
with BLU Academy’s Privacy Policy.

Students may not record, copy, or distribute Academy sessions or content without prior written
consent.

8. Responsibility & Learning Outcomes

BLU Academy strives to provide high-quality education, guidance, and resources. However,
learning outcomes depend on individual effort, practice, creativity, and engagement.

The Academy does not guarantee specific academic, professional, or career outcomes.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of
India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu.

10. Changes to Terms

BLU Academy may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect operational,
legal, or educational updates. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised
Terms.
